1. Credit card payment
ELENA VOTSI e-shop accepts all Credit/Debit Card as well as Prepaid such as Visa, Mastercard, Diners and all transactions are made through Viva's secure online payment service.
For credit card purchases, you should follow the instructions mentioned in the e-shop. The credit card will be charged after preliminary inspection and certification of data and validity. You are the only responsible for the true and accurate recording your credit card data.
The buyer must also be the holder of the card used in the transaction.
The same applies if you order for a company. In this case, the card should be a corporate one and the name of the recipient should be written on the card.
2. Payment by bank deposit
If you do not have a credit card you can pay your order through a bank account.

The e-shop sets as its goal to serve you through a simple, fast, safe and enjoyable transaction process: Navigate to, select the goods you are interested in and wish to buy through the large collection of www.elenavotsishop.com. Add them to the SHOPPING BAG by clicking on the relevant BUTTON ADD TO BAG icon which is unique for any purchase you make during a visit to www.elenavotsishop.com. This way you create your order. Next, follow the steps of the short payment process (CHECK OUT) to finish sending your order, after filling in the required fields. If any of the goods you ordered is not immediately available, Elena Votsi's e-shop shall contact you by e-mail or phone within a reasonable time from the placement of the order to let you know the possible delivery time. In this case, if you feel that this period does not satisfy you, you may request the withdrawal of the order or replace it with another commodity you wish. The remaining goods of your order can be shipped normally.
